Buenos Aires is situated near the town of Acevedo in the municipal of Huila. Being a producer for more than 30 years, Cesar Augusto Perez’s first lot of coffee was given to him by his father when he turned 15 years old. He planted only Caturra, which was a common variety back then. He almost lost all his coffees due to the coffee leaf rust but persisted to combat the problem because he felt Caturra produces an excellent cup. Taking advice from our exporter, Cesar implemented certain measures to improve the cherry picking selection, the fermentation and drying process.

The result is an espresso that exhibits dried fruit tones like raisins coupled with sweet cherries. Milk chocolate comes in the aftertaste, complemented by brown sugar sweetness, suitable for those looking for a comforting and smooth cup.
