Altitude: 1800 - 2000 masl
Processing: Natural - The cherries are spread on African raised beds within 6-8 hours after harvest to prevent fermentation. The thickness of the cherries on the beds is kept between 2-4 cm to ensure even drying and constantly raked. Total drying period is from 2-3 weeks, depending on weather conditions.

Mormora Coffee Plantation is located in the Oromia Regional state, Guji Zone, and Shakisso town. For reference, Shakisso town is 500 km south of the capital Addis Ababa and Mormora Estate is located at a distance of 20 km from Shakisso town. For this natural process, the cherries are spread on African raised beds within 6-8 hours after harvest to prevent fermentation. The thickness of the cherries on the beds is kept between 2-4 cm to ensure even drying and is constantly raked. We love how sweet this coffee is with distinct notes of strawberries and blueberries. The fruity characteristics are complemented very nicely with a lingering lavender aftertaste. Super aromatic and absolutely yummy!
