Lying on the mountainous slopes in the Nueva Segovia region, providing spectacular views of the surrounding forests and mountains, El Bosque is incredibly wild and coffee grows densely amongst shade trees of banana and inga. This farm has received Rainforest Alliance certification for its sustainable practices, solar panels and a rainwater-harvesting tank that produces hydroelectricity, which provides all the power required in the farm. Julio Peralta's passion and dedication extends beyond growing exceptional coffee but also care for the environment. We love this coffee for its simplicity – clean, sweet and unassuming. Dried fruits acidity with a chocolate and pecan-like finish. This espresso goes harmoniously with milk.
